This is just a small example of how to mount a seats in 323. Most of the universal seats suppose to be mounted on a flat floor however in 323F the front and the rear sides are on the different levels. Decision was made to use standard 323F seats frame and add there a special adapters to make it at the same level.

As for the harness, everything basically goes in a kit including all necessary fittings, all you need to do is to replace standard bolts by pins.

Support back-belt can be mounted to the same holes as the rear safety belts.

I've decided to leave standard safety belts because of the road law requirements.
